Tenant Liaison Officer
£15.00ph Umbrella PAYE
Plus 45p Site Mileage
Immediate start - Temporary to Permanent Contract
You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works across Barnsley for kitchen & bathroom upgrades, rewires, window & door replacements, etc.
Liaising closely with Tenants & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works
Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client
Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
Visiting tenants and advising them on completion dates
Attending/chairing tenant forum meetings/open days to advise of works being completed
Pre-entry visits to introduce the company & to advise tenants on works being completed
General administration including printing letters, updating files and trackers, arranging appointments etc
Qualifications & Experience
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience of working as a TLO
CSCS card (Desirable not essential)
