I am working with a large residential developer who operate in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Operative to join their team to cover several different developments in the area.
As a customer service operative you will be visiting customers properties on a day-to-day basis ensuring that you are always delivering excellent customer service across the board. The developer are currently operating a 5* status & they are keen to maintain this and ensure that the customer has a smooth journey when purchasing their property.
Day to day duties:
* Carrying out repairs in customers homes
* Liaising with the rest of the customer care team to ensure that you are up to date with the day plans
* Sourcing materials that you will need in order to carry out the works
* Delivering excellent customer service at all times
* Assisting with snagging on new build properties where necessary
