I am currently working within a large housing developer in order to source a Customer Service Coordinator based in Milton Keynes
* At least 1 years experience in new build customer care
* Strong IT skills
* Has the ability to milt task
* Thrives in a fast paced environment
Day to day duties:
* Dealing with customer complaints & queries
* Logging defects
* Providing an excellent customer service at all times
* Diagnosing defects
* Communication with management & operatives
* Managing operatives diaries
* Monitoring the central customer care email inbox
