My client, a widely known main contractor within the social housing sector, is currently looking to appoint a number of Repairs Supervisors to their contracts across the South East London. These would be permanent or temporary to permanent appointments and include a company vehicle.
Whilst experience as a Repairs/Site Supervisor would be an advantage, the client is also willing to consider applications from Trades staff, Repairs Planners, and RLO's who have experience of supervising staff previously. Experience within the social housing sector is essential.
Key duties include
- Supervision of a team of trades staff including allocation of workload
- Management of work stream and productivity levels
- Tool box talks and HSE monitoring
- All administrative work, dealing with invoicing issues and certifications when required
- Liaison with the client and tenants, dealing with complaints
